CASEL Webinar
Webinar Recording:
Strategies for Being Your Best Possible SELf
These are challenging times. I keep reflecting on the critical role of social and emotional learning during this time because when physical distancing is necessary, social and emotional connectedness is even more critical. At CASEL, we believe that SEL offers a powerful means to explore and express our emotions, build relationships, and support each other. CASEL CARES is a new initiative that connects the SEL community with experts to address how SEL can be most helpful in today’s circumstances.
We are pleased to share the recording of our first webinar in the CASEL CARES webinar series: Strategies for Being Your Best Possible SELf, featuring Dr. Marc Brackett. In addition, we invite you to read the article “Healthy Emotion Regulation During Uncertain Times”, excerpted from Marc’s book Permission to Feel: Unlocking the Power of Emotions to Help Our Kids, Ourselves, and Our Society Thrive.
